CIC Environmental Services Sdn Bhd (CIC) is a local incorporated company specializing in hydrocarbon and hazardous Waste Management Services (WMS) to oil and gas industry in Brunei Darussalam.
We are authorized waste management company for Brunei Shell Petroleum under module 51 (BSP Waste Handling Procedure) and a leading professional waste management companies with over 20 years of experience, listed under the Ministry of Development and Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation (JASTRe).
We are certified with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).

ISO Accreditation
CIC takes pride in adhering to best industry practices and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety and health of its employees and stakeholders and to protect the environment.
We maintain and apply our ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications in the areas of environment management systems and occupational health and safety, respectively. Our management system is also ISO 9001:2015 certified in April 2021, this will be our continuous commitment to provide products and services of the highest quality that meets internal, customer and regulatory requirements in a consistent manner.
As part of our waste advisory services, CIC actively provides supports and practical advices to stakeholders at-large consistent with our certifications to eliminate any potential injury or undue effects to the environment.
